Monday, April 6 — 7 p.m.-Jews for Jesus will present "Christ in the Passover." Using a visual display of traditional Passover accouterments, the "Christ in the Passover" presentation enhances the Christian's understanding and appreciation of the Jewish background of the Christian Communion. Ancient and modern Jewish customs are discussed and described with an emphasis on the aspect of redemption which Christ accomplished at Calvary. Everyone is invited. The Ordinance of the Lord's Supper will be observed.

Ray of Hope,
1935 Winnsboro Road, Monroe.
Ray of Hope recently opened a thrift store. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a closure for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours are 9 a.m.-noon.
Thrift store proceeds benefit the many Ray of Hope projects, including a food bank on Mondays, disaster missions and much more.
