Septieme welcomes Tonore
The January meeting of Septieme Society met to hear the Director of Health Services, Cathy Tonore, at the facility located at 2913 DeSiard St. in Monroe.
She spoke to the club about exposing domestic violence and putting the pieces together. Tonore stated that Health Services partners with the Family Justice Center to assist victims of Domestic and Family Violence. The club was then given a tour of the facility and shown the many services provided for the residents of Ouachita and Morehouse parishes.
Guest included Bonnie Crow, Kay Norman, Mary Sanders, Jan McCardle and Pat White.
Septieme members present were Harriet Winn, Amanda Barry, Anne McDuffie, Sue Carter and Liz Billings. Hostess members were Marilyn Soignier, Sandy Dufrene, Kathy Neal, Bobbie Sue Frazier and Rita Price. |
