Ray of Hope, 1935 Winnsboro Road, Monroe. Ray of Hope recently opened a thrift store. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a closure for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours are 9 a.m.-noon.
