Robert R. Bushnell Mr. Robert Ray Bushnell, 88, passed away Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008. His funeral was at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, at College Place Baptist Church, with Rev. Jimmy Pitson and Rev. Gordon "Skip" Dean officiating. Interment was in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Dorothy Bushnell of Platteville, Wis.; and a brother, Richard Bushnell of Seattle, Wash. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Betty Jane Yeldell Bushnell; and two sons, R. Wayne Bushnell of Dallas, Texas, whose daughter is Staci Bushnell Fontenot with husband, Michael Fontenot, of Baton Rouge; and David N.
