'Stuff a Bus' toy drive starts
posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
The Center for Children and Families has teamed up with Star 101.9 FM to collect new toys for area children.

The first "Stuff a Bus" campaign will park an RV outside of the food court at Pecanland Mall in Monroe. Morning show deejays DB and Jenny will live on the RV and encourage listeners to fill the vehicle with new, unwrapped toys.

The drive continues through Saturday, Dec. 6, when the RV will be driven in the annual Kiwanis Club Christmas parade.

The gifts will then be delivered to the Center for Children and Families office on Riverside Drive.
