Biedenharn open house starts Dec. 4 The Biedenharn Museum & Gardens will begin their holiday open house Thursday with performances by several local artists.
The home has been decorated by the Monroe Garden Study League, and each room reflects the theme of a favorite Christmas song.
The schedule of performers includes:
Thursday, Dec. 4 — 5 p.m.-Joanna Calhoun; 5:30 p.m.-Sanctuary Quartet; 6 p.m.-Cotton Country Chorus; 6:15 p.m.-Men of Note; 7 p.m.-Dana Mejia & Benji Buffington; and 7 p.m.-Gotta Dance.
Friday, Dec. 5
5 p.m.-Scott O'Neal; 5:30 p.m.-North Louisiana Youth Chamber Orchestra; 6 p.m.-Jon Barker; 6:15 p.m.- The Golden Girls; 7 p.m.-Dr. Daniel Immel; and 7 p.m.-Randy Waggoner.
Saturday, Dec. 6
5 p.m.-Katherine Taylor; 5:30 p.m.-Debbie's School of Dance; 6 p.m.-Baylee Regan & Karen Fletcher; 6:15 p.m.-Garden District Music; and 7 p.m.-Southern Grace..
Thursday, Dec. 11
5 p.m.-Thompson Violin Studio; 5:30 p.m.-Lakeshore Elementary Hand Bell Choir; 6 p.m.-Joan Atwell; 7 p.m.-Pat Sherman; and 7 p.m.-Monroe Consort.
Friday, Dec. 12

Santa will also be on hand so parents may take photos of their children with him.
Christmas music continues during Sundays at the Grand on Sundays, Dec. 7 and Dec. 14 beginning at 2:15 p.m.
That entertainment schedule is as follows:

Sunday, Dec. 14
2:15 p.m.-No Strings Attached; and 3 p.m.-Kaleidoscope.
