Red Cross offers course for babysitters

The Northeast Louisiana Chapter of the American Red Cross will offer babysitting certification classes for ages 11-15.

The classes will be offered from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Tuesday, Nov. 24-25. Only one class is required for certification.

Pre-registration with a copy of the child's birth certificate and a parent signature must be made in advance. Space is limited. Cost is $50, which includes lunch. The classes will be held at the chapter office, 414 Breard St., Monroe.
