Liberty Grove Church of God, 504 Marion Sims Road, West Monroe.
The church will be hosting their annual "Reality House." Those who go through the house will be led through simulations of a fatal automobile accident, emergency medical response, emergency room death, a funeral and life after death. The house is designed to give those ages 12 and older a look at the results of unwise decisions. Admission is a donation.
The "reality check" will be held from 7-10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24 and from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the church.

Today, Oct. 23 — 7 p.m.-The "Art*Music*Justice" tour performs. Artists include Sara Groves, Brandon Heath, Derek Webb, Sandra McCracken and Charlie Peacock. The tour benefits the International Justice Mission and Food for the Hungry.

Ray of Hope, 1935 Winnsboro Road, Monroe.
Ray of Hope recently opened a thrift store. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a closure for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday and Saturday hours are 9 a.m.-noon.
Thrift store proceeds benefit the many Ray of Hope projects, including a food bank on Mondays, disaster missions and much more.

Saturday, Oct. 25 — 9 a.m.-3 p.m.-Jars of Clay Women's Ministry will hold a church bazaar.
The bazaar will include arts, crafts, antiques, jewelry, collectibles and holiday items.

Woodlawn Baptist Church, Rayville.
The Richland Parish Community Singers and musicians will present "3:16 The Numbers of Hope, A Worship Musical" in the Richland Arts Center. Showtimes are 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26.
The musical, based on the book of the same title, by best-selling author Max Lucado and arranged by award-winning composer Travis Cottrell, is under the direction of Donald C. Bell, the interim praise and worship leader at Woodlawn Baptist Church. The presentation includes vocalists and musicians from throughout the state and will feature soloists and choral works of contemporary and classic christian music. The program is underwritten by the Outreach Ministry of Woodlawn Baptist Church.
The musical is open to the public and admission is free.
