Monroe Symphony Chorus open for new members

The Monroe Symphony Chorus has begun its fourth season this month and is open for new members. Rehearsals are Mondays at 7 p.m. in the Beidenharn Music Building, room 251 at the University of Louisiana-Monroe.



On Saturday, Dec. 6, at 4 p.m. at the West Monroe Convention Center, the chorus and the Monroe Symphony Orchestra will perform "The Many Moods of Christmas," made famous by Robert Shaw and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.



Dr. Deborah Chandler, director of Choral Activities at ULM, directs the Monroe Symphony Chorus. For more information, contact Chandler at 342-1592.
