'Cousin Day' set for Oct. 11

The 13th annual McLarin (McLaurin)-Myers-Stricklan-Frame reunion will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at the homeplace of J.P. and Omera Dixon McLaren of Wheeling.

This includes descendants of: William McLaren (McClaren) and his wife, Mary Dowden McLaren; Marcus Lafayette Myers and Martha Smith Myers; and Jeremiah Strickland and Elva Waters.

The reunion, known as "Cousin Day," is held annually the second Saturday of October.
