Tuesday, Sept. 23 — In anticipation of "See You at the Pole" prayer at local schools on Sept. 24, FUMC-WM will participate in a prayer walk at OPEC, FUMC Early Learning Center (Day Care) and Crosley Elementary. 5:45 p.m.-FUMC's Early Learning Center will have an open house.
Wednesday, Sept. 24 — 6:30 a.m.-Men's devotional breakfast at Shoney's. 6:45 a.m.- Youth are invited to a breakfast at the church before meeting at their schools' flagpoles for "See You at the Pole." 9:30 a.m.- 24-week Bible study on the book of Revelation. 10 a.m.-Adult Bible study. 6:30 p.m.-Integrity Choir and contemporary worship band, "Cross and Flames," meet for practice. 6 p.m.-Youth gather to go to the Pillar and Addison Road concert at The Assembly.
Thursday, Sept. 25 — 9 a.m.-50+ Group meets to take trip to Starr Homeplace in Oak Ridge.
Friday, Sept. 26 — Church-wide camping trip to Lake D'Arbonne State Park, from Friday-Sunday. Activities include cook-out, night hikes, "drive-in" movie, geo-caching, fishing, boating and more. Please contact the church office to sign up.

Ridge Avenue Baptist Church, 1009 Ridge Ave., West Monroe
Saturday, Oct. 25 — 9 a.m.-3 p.m.-Jars of Clay Women's Ministry will hold a church bazaar.
The bazaar will include arts, crafts, antiques, jewelry, collectibles and holiday items.
Booths rentals are available for $35. Electricity is provided and the fee includes a table and chair in the 10x10 space. Set-up times are 4-8 p.m. Friday and 7-9 a.m. Saturday. Deadline to sign up is Monday, Sept. 15.

St. Patrick Episcopal Church, 1712 Wellerman Road, West Monroe.
Saturday, Oct. 18 — 9 a.m.-5 p.m.-The church will host the 18th annual Herbal Harvest and Original Arts & Crafts show.
Participants may set up after lunch on Friday, Oct. 17, and security will be provided that night. A cash prize will be awarded for the most attractive booth of any crafter, artist or plant vendor.

WM church hosts
Christian rock band
Award-winning Christian rock band Pillar will perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at First Assembly of God Church in West Monroe as part of their national "For the Love of the Fans" tour.
Attendees "name their own price" for tickets, according to bass player Kalel. "This is an opportunity to check out Pillar and pay whatever you can — there will be no set price. So come out and enjoy a night on us with some of our friends."

KC rummage sale
this Saturday
The Knights of Columbus Auxiliary will sponsor a rummage sale from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at St. Paschal's gym in West Monroe.
Proceeds will benefit ARCO.
Tables are available to rent for $20.
