Prayer rally planned for Sept. 11
A "Cry Out America!" prayer gathering will be held from noon-1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Ouachita Parish Courthouse in Monroe.
The rally will include various people from the church and civic community.
Though seating at the event will not be available, attendees may bring lawn chairs.
