Chamber postpones Capitol Access

The West Monroe/West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce announced Wednesday that Capitol Access 2008, scheduled for Sept. 16, will be postponed until an undetermined date.

The move is due to effects of Hurricane Gustav and with the possibility of more problems from developing hurricanes that are currently located in the Atlantic Ocean.

Capitol Access is an annual event that allows area chambers and community leaders access to their local and state legislators.
