Monroe Rotary Club cancels meeting

The Monroe Rotary Club will not meet at noon on Thursday, Sept. 4. The meeting has been cancelled because of circumstances related to Hurricane Gustav, including evacuees who are housed at the Monroe Civic Center and need the meeting space, flooding rains and other more pressing community needs and issues.

Monroe Rotary is scheduled to resume the regular weekly meeting schedule on Thursdaym Sept. 11.
