The University of Louisiana-Monroe will present a six-week course, "48 Days to the Work You Love," starting on Monday, Sept. 8.

The first half of the continuing education course will help the student focus on looking inward, identifying their skills and abilities, personality traits, values, dreams and passions.

The second half will focus on the nuts and bolts of the job search. Edna Haden will teach goal setting, how to create a resume, how to creatively search for a job, prepare for the interview and negotiate salary.

Autographed Hardback copies of Dan Miller's "48 Days To The Work You Love", "48 Days to The Work You Love" Workbook, computerized career profile, and "Rudder of the Day" daily devotional book, are included in the registration fee.

Deadline to register for the course is Wednesday, Sept. 3.

To register go to www.ce.ulm.edu or call 342-1030.
