ULM offers piano class

The University of Louisiana-Monroe will host "Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People" from 12:30-4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, in ULM room 113 of Biedenharn Hall.

Instructor is David Haynes.

The beginning chord piano class will teach students all the chords they would need to play any pop song, any style and any key by reading chord symbols instead of notes.

They'll also learn how to embellish songs using the secrets and shortcuts of professional piano players.
