Mrs. Annie Nell Malone Blazier, 80, of West Monroe, passed away Friday, July 18, 2008.
Her funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday, July 21, at Mulhearn Funeral Home of West Monroe with Jamie Orten officiating. Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun. Visitation was Sunday evening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Seth Allen Blazier and by her brothers, Bud Malone and Dick Malone.
Survivors include her sons, Allen Blazier and wife, Evelyn, Gary Blazier and Ronny Blazier and wife, Kathy; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Acree, Regina Malone and Pat Stringer; brothers, F.R. "Tot" Malone and David "Sweetie" Malone; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers were her grandsons, Michael, Jason, Adam, Justin, Clint and Gary Don.

Dorothy Mae Halley Bryant, 87, passed through the gateway to meet her lord and savior on Sunday, July 20, 2008.
Her funeral was at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Dr. Whit Holmes officiating. Interment was at Mulhearn Memorial Park. Visitation was immediately before the service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Benjamin Bryant; parents, Mae and John Halley Sr. of Bastrop; and brother, William Halley Sr. of Baton Rouge.
Survivors include her brother, John E. Halley Sr. of Baton Rouge; aunt, Willie C. Midyett of Shreveport; sister-in-law, Gladys Halley of Baton Rouge; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends at Azalea Estates; and close friends, Ruth Bramble Adams and family, Bessie Shaw and family and Melba and Carlos Brown and family.
Pallbearers were Jerry Culp, Barney Howard, Brady Howard, Horace Millican, Billy Bell and David Tyler.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Visitation was immediately before the service.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Pamela M. Franks; son, Lanny Caleb Franks; daughter, Jana Kalin Franks; parents, Alsey R. and Avice Franks; brothers, Steve Franks and wife, Teresa, of Gilbert, Ariz., Barry Franks and wife, Kim, of West Monroe.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Troy Lamar Kennedy; daughter, Susan Kennedy Frank and husband, John, of West Monroe; son, Troy L. Kennedy Jr. and wife, Jane, of Fulshear, Texas; daughter, Ann Kennedy Kellogg and husband, Robert, of West Monroe; three grandchildren of whom she was extremely proud, Abigail Kennedy Hilderbrand and husband, John, of Tallulah, Jesse H.
