Inaugural event focuses on women

The inaugural "Girls Have it All" event will be held from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday, July 18, at the ECA Conference Center, 112 North 2nd St., Monroe.

Admission is free and food, entertainment and information will be provided. The focus of the event is to enlighten, empower and renew women. Motivational energizers, skincare gurus, lifestyle coaches and wellness professionals will be on hand.

The first 50 women will receive free giveaways and a drawing will be held for an Alltell wireless phone.

Event vendors and speakers include Edward Jones Investments, Mary Kay, Tobacco Free Living, Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company, Keller Williams Realty, Sweet Southern Belle, YTB Travel, AFLAC Insurance, Full Circle Dance and Wellness, Envious Massage and Creative Communications. Sponsors include Alltel Wireless and the Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco Free Living.
