Cruise raffle benefits local group

Raffle tickets are now on sale for Angel Ministries' second annual "Cruise for a Cause."

The 7-day Carnival cruise will leave from Galveston, Texas, on Oct. 5, 2008. It will visit Montego Bay, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico, before it returns on Oct. 12.

The drawing will be held July 4 at Angel Ministries. The trip for two is valued at a minimum of $1500. Second prize is a $500 gas card and third prize is a $200 gas card. Proceeds will support Angel Ministries.

Raffle tickets may be purchased for $10 each at Angel Ministries, 509 N. 2nd St., Monroe between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.

Registration forms for the cruise will also be available in the ReSale Shop at Angel Ministries.

Participants in the raffle need not be present at drawing and the winners will be notified by phone.
