Wellness Lunch & Learn features Dr. Kenneth Abreo

Physician Dr. Kenneth Abreo gives a lecture about hypertension at the Bayou DeSiard Country Club on Tuesday. His presentation, "The Pressure's On: The Truth About Hypertension," was the feature of the Wellness Lunch & Learn, sponsored by the LSU Health Sciences Foundation. With a history of successful Wellness Lunch & Learn events in Shreveport, the foundation brought the event to Monroe to help showcase the benefits of the E.A. Conway Medical Center being part of the LSU hospital system. The luncheon also served as a fundraiser for the foundation, with a raffle being held for gift certificates to Warehouse No. 1 and Her Toggery. (Citizen photo by Heather Rogers) |
