The West Monroe Convention Center will play host to a benefit cropping event for scrapbookers.

It will be held from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. from Friday, June 20-Sunday, June 22. Cost is $25. Security will be provided so croppers can leave their items overnight.

The event is open to the public for shopping. Shopping is free, but a $1 donation is suggested.

All proceeds benefit the breast cancer organization Susan B. Komen for the Cure.

Door prizes will be given and a swap table will be available. Leftover swap items will be donated to "Kid's Hope," a local outreach program run by Cedar Crest Baptist Church.

For more information, call Roseanne Elg at 801-0256. Registration checks may be mailed to 104 Kate Circle, West Monroe, LA 71291.
