Good Hope honors teacher of the month
Angela Leach was selected by her peers as the Good Hope Middle School Teacher of the Month for May.
Leach has taught sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-grade art for four years at Good Hope.
Leach teaches children's church, sings in the church choir and teaches at Kiroli Arts Day Camp.
Also, she co-ordinates Art Quest, an event that helps introduce the arts into the lives of students in Ouachita Parish.
Leach's students' projects are frequently exhibited in the school's lobby.
Leach and her husband, Peyton, are expecting their first child, Jillian Avery, this summer.
Good Hope Middle School is located in West Monroe. |
