Sunday, April 13 — 9 a.m.-traditional worship in the sanctuary. 10 a.m.-Sunday school for all ages. 10:50 a.m.-contemporary worship in the Christian Life Center. Rev. Ricky Willis will preach "Remembering Who We Are." noon-Newcomer's class for those who have recently joined the church or for those who are interested in joining. The class will continue each Sunday in April. COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN Church, 1901 Milton St. in Monroe, will honor Scottish heritage with the "Kirkin' O' The Tartans" at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 20. The service will begin with a procession of tartans led by bagpiper Ted Brody Jr., and followed by Rev. Bruce Rux. Youth will carry the Scottish Confession of Faith and the tartans. Church members, their families and friends who have died since the last Kirkin' will be named and remembered during the playing of the Scottish ballad "Flowers of the Forest." The public is invited.
