The Ouachita Parish High School Class of 1948 will hold its 60th reunion April 25 and 26 at the Hilton Garden Inn in West Monroe.

Following registration at 6 p.m. Friday, April 25, classmates will have hors d'oeuvres and fellowship.

A dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 26, in the Hilton Ball Room. Preceding dinner a group photo will be taken.

Dr. Richard Hood, guitarist, who plays in the style of Chet Atkins, will provide entertainment.

A memorial service will honor deceased class members.

The deadline for registration is March 25. Class members and their guests may register by sending $55 to: OPHS Reunion '48, Libby Mulhearn Anders, 2141 Maywood Drive, Monroe, LA 71201, telephone 325-3345. For information, call Dr. Max Funderburk at 396-8344.

The planning committee includes co-chairmen Max Funderburk and Robert Kirby; secretary/treasurer, Libby Anders and Charles Venable; registrar, Liz Gates Moore, Barbara Waters and E.J. Seivers; directory and mail-outs, Dr. Anna Lois Ham; program, Max Funderburk; entertainment, Gloria Camp; food, Pat Ann and Max Funderburk and Geraldine and Robert Kirby; decorations, Carla Beth Conerly, Betty Sue Jackson and Alice Smith; and publicity and photography, Gloria and Henry Camp.
