Wiggins, Lee announce engagement

John and Mary Wiggins of West Monroe announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Anna Wiggins, to Matthew Ross Lee, the son of Bart and Angelia Lee, of West Monroe.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred E. Meeks of El Dorado, Ark., and the late Col. and Mrs. Charles E. Wiggins of West Monroe. She graduated from West Monroe High School and the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cheek and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Lee, all of West Monroe. He graduated from West Monroe High School and is attending the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

The couple will exchange vows at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at First United Methodist Church of Monroe. Rev. Larry Stafford will officiate.
