Norma Jean Gaspard Bruce Norma Jean Gaspard Bruce, 76, of West Monroe, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, at her home in West Monroe. Marie H. Lee Marie H. Lee, 80, of Little Rock, Ark., and formerly of West Monroe, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock.
