Adkinson Mrs. Lucille Tidwell Adkinson, 81, of Sterlington, passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007, at her daughter's residence and surrounded by her family. Her funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Donnie Wilkinson officiating. Burial was in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe. Visitation was Monday before the service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Capt. Dale W. Adkinson, U.S. Army Ret. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Emanuele and husband, Michael, of Prattville, Ala.; sons, Dale W. Adkinson Jr. and wife, Katie, of Columbia, Mo., and Vernon V. J.O. "Joe" Antley Mr. J.O. "Joe" Antley, 79, of West Monroe, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, in Monroe. Betty Avant Betty Avant, 78, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, in West Monroe. Her funeral was at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Point Assembly of God Church with Rev. Billy Daniel Dr. Billy Daniel of Calhoun died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, at Tulane Medical Center following a brief illness.
