Lions take on Rebels Friday night
The Ouachita Parish Lions clash with the Pineville Rebels on Friday in a District 2-5A contest followed by a 2-5A championship contest against Ruston on Monday.
The No. 1 Lions, as ranked in the Ken Ramsey power ratings, meet the No. 51 Rebels after upgrading to a 14-win streak with last week's 73-57 win against No. 14 Natchitoches Central and an 85-37 win against No. 37 West Monroe.
The Rebels (3-18, 0-4) host Ouachita after last week's 81-53 district loss to Natchitoches Central.
