LSU turns focus to signing day 2013 may not have started out how LSU football fans would have liked, but the Tigers seem to have already moved on from its bowl game fiasco, and the mass exodus of juniors from the team to the NFL.
With National Signing Day rapidly approaching (Feb.6), LSU coaches are hard at work to assure its 25 verbal commitments stay on board, as well as trying to sure up some talent that is still on the table.
Rancho Cucamonga (Calf.) safety Tahaan Goodman tweeted on Sunday he will visit LSU this weekend. Goodman, rated a four-star prospect (No. 46 overall nationally by 24/7 Sports), was considered by most to be a Southern California lock for some time, but UCLA and LSU have reportedly made strides in his recruitment over the last two weeks.
