Beckwith leads La. athletes in 2013 LSU Commits
LSU landed a huge recruit, while one-upping Alabama at the same time at the other prep football showcase last weekend, the Under Armour All-American Game in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
At 6'3" and about 235-pounds, Kendell Beckwith (rated a four-star recruit by 247Sports) is a great athlete with a big frame and possesses all the skills to contribute immediately for the Tigers.
"At the end of the day, throughout the process, and taking everything in and seeing both programs, LSU is really what I felt comfortable with," said Beckwith, who was also considering Alabama. "Being that it's close to home, it made it all better."
