WM Police Chief offered Bismarck job
West Monroe Police Chief Christopher Elg will be offered the top post at the Bismarck Police Department in North Dakota, The Ouachita Citizen has learned.
The Bismarck Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to offer Elg the post, contingent upon successful contract negotiations and a background check.
Elg joined the West Monroe Police Department nine years ago.
