Capturing, reliving those precious childhood memories
 We lived in Tallulah for almost 10 years. As I look back on those years, they seem to be perfect years. I can not remember any bad things happening.
Daddy was the head football coach and he experienced some phenomenal years. As a family we experienced the notoriety of a successful coach. As the son of the coach, I also experienced the glamour that goes with his success. If I had to summarize our existence while in Tallulah, it was a medley of football, church, hunting, fishing, and friendships in a small-town atmosphere.
Hunting was a very important part of our existence. Some of these memories had to do with The Big Eight Hunting Club. The events with The Big Eight Hunting Club brought back memories of men such as Edwin Brinson and Mr. Dartlone. These two families lived in Waverly. Waverly had several homes that housed families of the Sun Oil Company.
