Family Learning Center opens
Frank Wilcox, Executive Director, Monroe Housing Authority and Jerry Ryan, Chancellor, Louisiana Delta Community College, announce the completion of a $530,000 Family Learning Center.
A public ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday, Nov. 16.
The newly constructed learning center attempts to alleviate some of the obstacles that many face as they strive to complete their educational goals and seek employment.
