Commemoration planned at Hasley

A ceremony honoring veterans will be held at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe on Saturday, Nov. 10.

American flags will be placed on all veterans' graves at 8:30 a.m. At 11 a.m., participants will meet at the gazebo for a ceremony.

A color guard from the James Huey chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution will be on hand, and will fire their muskets as part of the ceremony.
The public is invited.
