CTB hires Crotwell as manager Community Trust Bank announced that Jim Crotwell has joined its team as Middle Market Lending Manager in Northeast Louisiana, responsible for managing and growing the middle market group. Crotwell brings more than two decades of banking experience to Community Trust Bank.
A graduate of Northeast Louisiana University (ULM) with a bachelor's degree in business administration, Crotwell has focused on serving businesses throughout his banking career, serving in both production and management roles.

"His education, community service, and work experience illustrate the leadership he will bring to our institution.
