Real estate business ever changing

We live in an ever-changing world and nowhere is that more evident than in the world of real estate.

I attended a seminar this week and learned among other things that all realtor web pages and e-mails must contain the state you work in and also the letters, USA. This is required because the internet is a world wide web.

I am old enough to remember when there was not multiple listing service. If you wanted information on a property you called the listing agent. I can also remember the infant stages of the service when we had individual sheets for each property to be placed in a three-ring binder and the evolution to books with information on each property published each week.
