Monroe church hosts fundraiser St. Thomas Episcopal Church will hold its annual "Bar-B-Que on the Bayou" fundraiser from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6.
The church, located at 3706 Bon Aire Drive in Monroe, is raising funds to complete the St. Thomas Memorial Bayou Walkway and Gardens, located behind the church on Bayou DeSiard. Entertainment for the evening will be furnished by the Back Pew Pickers, all members of St. Thomas. Bring your dancing shoes for line dancing. A cake walk and games for the children will also be available.
