Victor David Cascio
Private family graveside services were held for Victor David Cascio at St. Matthew Catholic Church cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of Monroe. A celebration of Victor's life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
Arrangements were handled by Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Peggy Fogleman
Peggy Fogleman, 74, of Monroe, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012. Her funeral was at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at Loch Arbor Baptist Church in Swartz. Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe.

Saul A. Mintz
Saul A. Mintz, 80, of Monroe, businessman and philanthropist, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 20, at the Congregation B'nai Israel, 2400 Orell Place, Monroe.
Visitation was 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mary Emma Norris
Funeral services for Mary Emma Norris, 89, of Monroe, were at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with grandson Beck Payne officiating. Graveside services were at 4 p.m. Friday in Farmerville City Cemetery in Farmerville. Visitation was Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Norris was born on Feb. 11, 1923 in Farmerville, and passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012.
Mrs. Norris was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Bertha Tarbutton Moore; son, John Porter Norris Jr.; two sisters, Hazel Fleming and Helen Cloud; and two brothers, Robert H. Moore and Charles S. Moore.
Mrs. Norris retired from the University of Louisiana-Monroe, having served as an administrative assistant in both the Math and English departments. She was a member of Church of God, West Monroe and the China Painting Guild of Monroe.
Survivors include her husband, John Porter Norris; one daughter, Donna Payne and husband, Robert Charles Payne Sr.; three grandchildren, Robert Charles Payne Jr., Andrew Beck Payne and wife, Jodi Payne, and Laurie Devone Payne; five great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Payne, Gracen Hope Payne, Addelyn Faith Payne, Hutson Beck Payne and Kendall Beck Ford; three sisters, Elva Lois Jean, Mildred Abrams and Betty Cornett; one brother, John R. Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend their thanks to Kaye South for her loving devotion to Mrs. Norris during her lengthy illness.

Savanna Wilson
Mildred Savanna Wilson, 85, of Monroe, died on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012.
Her funeral was at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at Griffin Funeral Home of West Monroe. Visitation was Thursday evening. Interment was at Mulhearn Memorial Park of Monroe.

Grace Wilson
Grace Wilson, 80, of Monroe died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012. Her funeral was at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at Cypress Street Church of God in West Monroe. Interment was in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Quitman under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe.
