North Louisiana Economic Partnership will hold a public meeting from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, from at CenturyLink Corporate Headquarters, 100 CenturyLink Drive, off of U.S. Highway 165 in Monroe.

NLEP will provide an update on the "State of Economic Development" in North Louisiana and present the organization's transition plan and search strategy to find a new president.

Kurt Foreman, NLEP's former president, accepted a similar position with the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.

The public is invited to attend the free luncheon to meet their regional economic development team. The event is cosponsored by NLEP investors: CenturyLink, Cook Yancey Law Corporation, and Didier Consultants, Inc.
