Sandbags Schedule for Public Works and Community Centers
Mayor Jamie Mayo and the Monroe City Council announce the following in wake of the pending weather related event.
Sandbag Operations at the City of Monroe Public Works Headquarters listed below will remain operational 24-hours until further notice. THIS LOCATION ONLY!

Sandbag Operations at the Community Centers listed below will close at 8 pm tonight (Tuesday, August 28); and, The sandbagging operation will re-start beginning at 8 am Wednesday, August 29

PLEASE NOTE:
•There will be a limit of 25 sandbags per vehicle PER VISIT in order to move the line expeditiously. However, you can come back for more sandbags.
•Employees will be on site at the Public Works Headquarters to assist with the loading of sandbags.
•There will be limited staffing at the community centers, so residents should be prepared to assist themselves.
•WE CAN NOT DELIVER SANDBAGS. |
