Community Trust Bank has announced that Linnea Fayard Allen has joined the bank as Culture Communications Officer. In this position, Linnea will be responsible for internal and external communications regarding the bank's unique customer-centric culture.

"Linnea's bright personality and breadth of experience brings helpful skill sets to this important area of our marketing unit," said Ryan Kilpatrick, senior vice president, culture strategies, Community Trust Bank. "Our belief has always been that our customer-focused culture has been the key to our success. By adding talented personnel like Linnea to communicate those attributes helps to keep our culture fresh."
