Strauss concludes season with Willy Wonka
Strauss Theatre Center will conclude its 80th season with WILLY WONKA, opening on July 19, 2012.
Roald Dahl's timeless story of the world-famous candy man and his quest to find an heir comes to life in this stage adaptation of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, which features the songs from the classic family film Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. Willy Wonka is sponsored by Squire Creek, Community Trust Bank and CenturyLink.
The production team includes Stra
uss general director Jon Baccarini, assistant director/Choreographer Megan Wilkins, musical direction by Kajsa Wilkins, lighting design by Joel Willer, and costumes by Gayle Frick and Barbara Sims. The show runs July 19-22 and July 26-29. Evening performances are at 7 p.m. and matinees are at 2 p.m. Ticket prices are $20 for adults and $10 for students.
