Never leave a profession you are passionate about
 I was a coach by vocation. I was a teacher by heart. I loved to teach and I also loved to coach. I loved to see the students' eyes light up when we discussed matters that made their inner being sparkle as their universal make-up was being fashioned.
What a privilege it was to see my students discover ways to travel their roads less traveled — to have them come up to me years later to tell me that my methods of teaching had something to do with the successes that they had at life.
I think back on some of the great teachers that had an influence on the roads I chose to travel. The first teacher that came to mind was Mrs. Greer, my eighth-grade English teacher. She taught me many ways that stuck with me all these years.
