Locals in Bayou Bowl
by Jimmy Touchet - posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
Northeast Louisiana will have plenty of representation in the tenth annual Bayou Bowl All-Star Game Saturday in Baytown, Texas.

Four players and one coach are from Northeast Louisiana and will represent the area on the Louisiana roster.

Neville linebacker Ricky Wyatt and tight end Taylor Stokes will join Ouachita Lions quarterback Quentin Wheeler and Farmerville High defensive linemen Trey Ford on the Louisiana roster. Neville Offensive Coordinator Brett Lemoine will coach Louisiana's wide receivers.

"I am honored and excited to be able to work with the best athletes from our state this week," Lemoine said. "Coaching receivers, I will get a chance to coach Taylor. Plus, I finally get to work with Quentin instead of against him like we have for the past four years."
