posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
The replacement of an aging bridge will close a stretch of a busy road through one of the largest residential areas in West Monroe.

Kiroli Road will be closed beginning Monday, June 11 and will remain closed for approximately 120 days as contractors work to replace the Kiroli Road Bridge.

The bridge crosses a ravine on Kiroli Road near the offices of Comcast.

Traffic in the area will be rerouted during the closure.

West Monroe Parks and Recreation director Doug Seegers said Kiroli Park will remain. Open during the closure. Visitors to the area will need to come to the park via Halsell Road off of White's Ferry Road.
