The secret ingredients
In Napoleon Hill's classic, "Think and Grow Rich" he always refers to the secret ingredient. He never reveals the word itself as the Excalibur needed to make dreams come true.
He would tease the reader's curiosity. He even devoted a chapter to the word, but never mentioned that this was the secret ingredient needed for anyone who had the motivation to reach for the stars. He wrote a lot about the laws of success and the successful people who had used these laws to attain an impressive level of accomplishments.
He said it was Andrew Carnegie who encouraged him to write about these laws. Carnegie granted Hill access to the wealthiest people in America.
