When things go wrong. These are the first four words from the poem "Don't Quit". Have you experienced times like the portrayals fashioned by the author of this poem? Oh, man? When things go wrong. How do you break away from experiences that keep you tied up?

You just can't seem to escape from times that capture you emotionally. You are imprisoned psychologically. Every way that you turn you are locked up by these disturbing black walls of emotional confinement.

When is the last time that you felt confined by such distressing times of discontent?
Can you remember playing "King of the hill." where you had to climb back to the peak of the mountain? Your legs stung with the weight of such a tiring load that carried all your claims of winning the battles.
