Boys & Girls Club accepting sign-ups The summer program at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Louisiana will be from May 29-Aug. 17. The 12-week program will be held at the 500 Evergreen Street site in West Monroe.
Executive Director Tom Morris said the fees for the summer program will remain the same as last year: $45 per week for the first child in a family and $25 per week each for the second and third child. Maximum family weekly fee will be $140. Club members must pay their annual $10 membership fee, plus a $25 registration/summer activity fee in addition to the weekly fees.
"Those who take part in the program are obligated to pay for the 12 weeks," Morris said. "Normally by the first of May we are filled in several age groups and will begin waiting lists."
A child must be five years of age and have completed a year of kindergarten to take part in the Club's summer program. .....For the full story, subscribe to the The Ouachita Citizen's NEW E-Edition! |
