What an Easter Sunday it was. Bubba Watson, the former University of Georgia golfer and self-proclaimed New Orleans Saints fan, used an amazing shot from pine straw under some trees on the second playoff hole to defeat South Africa's Louis Oosthuizen to salvage a par and capture the Master's, his first major championship win.

Both players finished 10-under par through 72 holes, separating themselves from a group of four players at 8-under. They both made par on the first playoff hole, and Oosthuizen made a bogey on the second playoff hole.

It was Watson's first victory since he won last year's Zurich Classic of New Orleans. He'll obviously come in riding high as the defending champion in two weeks.

Watson embraced his caddy and his mom, Molly, after sinking the winning shot.
