Kitchen is heart of the home
Have you ever watched the television programs where a realtor shows homes to a prospective buyer? Have you also noticed that the woman almost always goes to the kitchen immediately?
Every realtor that sells home knows that more than any other room the kitchen is the make or break deal for the woman. The kitchen is the heart of the home and as someone has said the 'stomach is the way to the heart'. It is the one place where more decisions are made to buy or not to buy than any other room in the home.
The kitchen is integral to entertaining and is called the showplace of the home. It is also the most expensive to renovate, a job most home buyers are not willing to tackle. Today's home buyers are looking for the newest in countertops such as granite or marble.
